meet mainmoveYou’ve started before. This time keep showing up.
You don't need another fitness app saved to your phone or another workout you're supposed to do on your own.
You need somewhere to go.
A class to book.
An instructor who knows your name.
People who notice when you're there.
And enough variety that movement doesn't get boring.
That’s MainMove.
Come Together.
Grow Stronger.
Make Your Move.
Come Together. Grow Stronger. Make Your Move.
Meet Lyndsey King
The one behind the business.
Hi, I’m Lyndsey and I never envisioned I’d be opening a group fitness studio. I’m the girl who loves working out WHEN I enjoy what I’m doing. The reality is, I’ve been all in or all out with working out most of my life, but I’m definitely most consistent when I have the accountability of others. My love for group fitness started in college when I attended BodyPump classes at 24 Hour Fitness.
Fast forward to 2026, my husband and I had just completed P90X together and I was looking for the next “thing” that was going to keep me consistent with some sort of movement. I found and fell in love with the local pilates studio (shoutout to you Seggan!) a month before they closed and quickly realized our options for group fitness are pretty limited.
Building businesses is kind of my husband and I’s thing, so of course my wheels started turning. Doors started to open quickly and when that happens, I tend to run towards the opportunity. A conversation with one of my dear friends who happens to be the fitness guru and our lead instructor here, solidified our decision to make our move. Another conversation with one of my best friends who is a web developer, graphic designer and really just a creative genius and our brand was birthed – MainMove.
MOTIVATION COMES AND GOES, BUT YOUR CLASS IS STILL ON THE CALENDAR.
Selfishly, I need this studio because I need the accountability to move and even better if it’s a fun place that I actually want to go to, but the truth is – this place is for US. All of us. The super disciplined fitness queens and the rest of us that may just be starting or trying to make movement a habit. The time is now.
Meet Lindsey Reeves
The one behind the fitness.
Hey there! Lindsey Reeves here.
I’ve been personal training off and on for about 10 years, but fitness has always been a constant in my life. After having my two girls, my priorities shifted and motherhood became my main focus. I let my personal training certifications lapse during that season, but my dedication to strength training, nutrition and continuing to learn never went anywhere.
If there’s one thing about me, it’s that I believe in showing up. I’m big on consistency, discipline and doing the work even when life isn’t convenient. I don’t make many excuses for myself, and I’m probably not going to let you make many either.
These days, that might mean getting a workout in with my girls right beside me, stopping a million times and picking it right back up, or heading to the treadmill for what I call my “mental miles” — running because sometimes the biggest benefit has nothing to do with a finish time and everything to do with clearing my head.
I’ve always been competitive and once loved training for races and competition. As life changed and I didn’t have the same capacity to train that way, I learned to shift my mindset and start training for life — for motherhood, family, work, aging well and being strong enough for whatever life asks of me.
Now that my youngest is starting preschool, I decided it was time to recertify through NASM and get back to doing something I genuinely love: helping people accomplish hard things and realize just how capable they are. I’m also continuing my education in nutrition because I believe there is always more to learn and that fitness should support the whole person, not just the hour they spend working out.
One quote I live by is, “A lion doesn’t have to tell you it’s a lion.” To me, that means you don’t have to talk about being disciplined, strong or committed. You live it. You show up. You let your actions speak for you. That’s the energy I want to bring to MainMove — hard work, consistency, loyalty, growth, a little intensity and a community of people willing to challenge themselves.
I can’t wait to get started.
