Questions?
We’ve got you.
-
100%. You don’t need to be “in shape” before you walk through our doors. That’s kind of the point.
Our instructors will help you find options that work for your body, your experience and where you are today. You’ll be encouraged to challenge yourself — but never expected to keep up with the person next to you.
Your workout. Your pace. Your move.
-
We believe the best movement routine is one you actually want to come back to.
That’s why MainMove isn’t built around just one workout. Our schedule includes strength training, HIIT, mobility, dance cardio and more — organized into three ways to move:
BUILD — Get stronger. Think weights, resistance and strength-focused training.
BOOST — Turn it up. Higher-energy classes designed to get your heart pumping.
BALANCE — Slow it down without sitting it out. Mobility and intentional movement that builds strength, stability and control.
Mix them. Match them. Find what you love.
-
Start with three.
Three classes a week is enough to create a routine without making movement feel like another impossible thing on your to-do list.
Pick your three. Put them on the calendar. Book your spots. Then show up, but by all means if you want to show up more, do.
We’ll take it from there.
-
Nope.
You don’t need to be stronger, more flexible, more coordinated or “better at working out” before you start.
Our classes are designed to meet you where you are and give you room to grow. Modifications and progressions will be offered when appropriate so you can make the workout yours.
The hardest part might just be making the first move.
-
Come ready to move in comfortable workout clothes with clean tennis shoes or grip socks and bring water. We have a water fill station in the equipment room for your convenience.
We’ll let you know in the class description if there is anything specific you’ll need. Your workout will be waiting for you here.
And yes — you can absolutely come straight from school drop-off with your hair in a messy bun. We get it.
-
For your first class, plan to arrive about 10 minutes early so we can welcome you, show you around and help you get settled.
After that, arriving 5–10 minutes early gives you time to check in, grab your equipment and be ready when class starts.
Classes begin on time so everyone gets the full experience — including the warm-up.
-
Life happens. We just ask that you give someone else the opportunity to take your spot.
Cancel at least 12 hours before class. If that window has passed, cancel anyway so we know you are not coming; your booking terms still apply.
For class packs and drop-ins, a late cancellation means the class credit/payment is forfeited.
For unlimited members, a $10 late-cancel fee will be charged to the card on file.
-
This is where that accountability piece comes in. 😉
When you book a class, we’re holding a spot specifically for you — and in our smaller classes, that spot matters.
If you do not attend and have not canceled, it counts as a no-show. You receive one courtesy no-show in a rolling 90-day period. After that, a no-show forfeits the class payment or credit and incurs a $10 charge.
We don’t love charging fees. We do love full classes, committed members and making sure someone on the waitlist has the opportunity to MOVE.
Book it. Put it on the calendar. Show up for yourself.
-
Because MainMove is intentionally a small-group experience.
When a class fills, other members may be waiting for that spot. A reservation that goes unused means someone else missed an opportunity to move.
The policy isn’t about punishment — it’s about accountability and consideration for the community.
And if we’re being totally transparent? Sometimes knowing there’s a little money on the line is exactly what gets you out of bed for that 5:30 AM class.
We said we’d help keep you accountable. We meant it.
-
Join the waitlist!
Plans change, spots open and waitlists move more often than you might think.
If a spot becomes available and you’re added to class, you’ll receive a notification. Be sure to keep an eye on your texts/email and remove yourself from the waitlist if you know you can no longer attend.
-
Not even a little.
Actually, we expect a lot of people to walk through our doors feeling exactly that way.
MainMove was created to be the kind of place where you can come alone without feeling alone.
You’ll learn names. You’ll recognize faces. Your instructor will know when you’ve been showing up — and probably notice when you haven’t.
That’s the point.
-
Not really.
We’re a group fitness studio built around movement, variety and accountability.
You won’t wander around wondering what workout to do. You book a class, walk through the door and we’ll take it from there.
No figuring it out alone. No staring at equipment. No creating your own workout.
Just make your move.
-
Start with the one that sounds fun.
Seriously.
If you love lifting, try BUILD. If you want something energetic, start with BOOST. If controlled movement or slower pace is more your speed, choose BALANCE.
But if you’re wanting beginner focused classes, try Start Here, Strong for Life or The Climb Simplified.
Over time, we hope you’ll try all three. A well-rounded routine isn’t about finding the perfect workout.
It’s about finding enough ways to move that you keep showing up.
-
Absolutely.
New clients can start with our 2 Weeks Unlimited for $30 introductory offer.
Use those two weeks to try different instructors, class styles and times. Figure out what fits your schedule — and what makes you actually look forward to coming back.
Then we’ll help you find the membership that makes the most sense for you.

We’re located in downtown Sterling, upstairs above Karyn’s Western Boutique. The door is to the left of Karyn’s with the Shine Bright logo on it.
We’ll share parking, entrance and arrival details before your first class so you know exactly where to go.
Then all that’s left to do is show up.
Make Your Move.
-
No bare feet in class please. Wear athletic shoes or grippy socks as appropriate for your class. Check the class description for specific footwear guidance.
-
We like your kiddos, but for safety reasons, children may not wait unsupervised in the studio while you take class. When Child Watch is offered, register and check in each child under that program’s instructions. Part of this policy is the point. You deserve a moment to take care of YOU too!

Although we think you’re all camera worthy and we’d love to share our amazing community on socials, we get that not everyone feels the same.
So, the answer is no, not if you don’t want to be! When you complete your waiver, simply opt out of media. It tags your profile and it’s easily visible to our instructors when they check you in.

We do our very best to begin classes on time. The standard cutoff is five minutes after the start; the instructor may use judgment based on safety and class flow as to whether they allow late entry.
